Yeah, Victor was right.

Happy new year to me....
"We have a short time to stay, as you
We have as short a spring;
As quick a growth to meet decay,
As you, or anything,
We die
As yoour hours do, and dry
Away,
Like to the summer's rain;
Or as the pearls of morning dew
Ne'er to be found again."
-Remember who?
Congratulations Class of 2005!!! I wished I could have seen you on your special day. This will be the beginning of the rest of your adult life. Make it a good one, you only get one on this earth.

Wrong century, Victor, although of course Wordsworth used nature imagery quite a bit too. Robert Herrick, I believe, 17th century Cavalier poet. Sounds like him, anyway.

Happy belated birthday, Ana.

Yes, Mrs. Grimes is right. The poem is called "To Daffodils." And yes, Victor it is on the acdec shirts.
